Flow Cytometry Specialist Andrés Ramírez

Andrés graduated from the University of Chile with a degree in Biotechnology Engineering. He then obtained his PhD from the Catholic University of Chile studying the modulation of skeletal muscle regeneration by the interplay between vasoactive peptides and the immune system. After graduating, Andrés worked as a Flow Cytometry Core Manager for 4 years, where he supervised the operation of cell analyzers and cell sorters and the training of undergraduate and postgraduate students. Andrés joined Bio-Rad in 2018 as a Regional Flow Cytometry Specialist.
