Field Application Specialist Brittany Ripley Dajles

Brittany Ripley Dajles joined Bio-Rad in 2023 as a Field Application Specialist specializing in chromatography, western blotting, and Bio-Plex, serving the Central Plains and Great Lakes regions of the United States. She brings 10 years of experience in chromatography, and prior to joining Bio-Rad, Brittany worked as a postdoctoral fellow researching the interactions of an immune signaling modifier protein using chromatography, X-ray crystallography, and LC/LC-MS. Her PhD research focused on a DNA damage bypass pathway, employing techniques such as Biolayer Interferometry, X-ray crystallography, molecular dynamics simulations, and small-angle X-ray scattering.

Field Application Specialist Brad VanderWielen

Brad VanderWielen is a Field Application Specialist for Bio-Rad covering the South‑Central region of the United States. He specializes in chromatography, western blotting, and Bio‑Plex multiplex ELISA instrumentation and associated experiments. He has been at Bio‑Rad for 9 years and has been in the field of chromatography for the past 17 years. Brad came to Bio‑Rad from his postdoctoral work at UT Southwestern Medical School where he was utilizing biophysics and X‑ray crystallography to study tubulin regulation. He earned his PhD from the University of Cincinnati where he researched Notch transcriptional regulation utilizing biophysical applications and X‑ray crystallography.
