Meet Your Instructor

Flow Cytometry Application Scientist and Product Manager Sharon Sanderson

Sharon graduated from the University of Manchester with a degree in Molecular Biology. She then moved to the Institute of Cancer Research, obtaining a PhD in Cell Biology from the University of London, with her thesis focusing on signaling pathways in angiogenesis. She then worked at the University of Oxford for 13 years, initially continuing with research in the cancer field before moving into immunology research. Sharon joined Bio-Rad in 2017 as a Flow Cytometry Research Associate and in 2022, became a Flow Cytometry Application Scientist and Product Manager.
